CyberDental Group LLC offers multiple convenient payment options to ensure billing is seamless for your dental practice. All electronic payments are processed securely through Stripe.
1. Credit & Debit Cards
We accept all major credit and debit cards:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Discover
Card payments are processed instantly. Your card is charged automatically on your billing date each month. You can update your card on file at any time through the Stripe billing portal or by contacting our support team.
2. ACH Bank Transfer
For practices that prefer paying directly from a bank account, we accept ACH (Automated Clearing House) transfers:
- Setup: Provide your bank routing number and account number through our secure Stripe checkout. A micro-deposit verification may be required for first-time setup.
- Processing Time: ACH payments typically clear within 3–5 business days.
- Fees: No additional fees for ACH payments. This is our recommended option for practices looking to minimize processing costs.
- Auto-Pay: Once configured, ACH payments are automatically debited on your billing date each month.
3. Wire Transfer
Wire transfers are available for large invoices, annual prepayments, or practices that require wire-based billing:
- Wire instructions are provided upon request by emailing support@cyberdentalgroup.com with the subject "Wire Transfer Instructions."
- Processing time is typically 1–2 business days for domestic wires.
- Your bank may charge a wire transfer fee, which is your responsibility.
4. Check Payments
We accept company and personal checks for practices that prefer traditional payment methods:
- Checks should be made payable to CyberDental Group LLC.
- Include your account number or practice name on the memo line.
- Mail to our billing address (provided on your invoice or upon request).
- Allow 7–10 business days for processing and account credit.
- A $35 fee applies for returned checks due to insufficient funds.
5. Stripe Billing Portal
Every CyberDental subscriber has access to a self-service Stripe billing portal where you can:
- View and download all past invoices and receipts.
- Update your payment method (swap cards, add ACH, etc.).
- View your current subscription plan and billing cycle.
- Update your billing address and contact information.
- See upcoming invoice amounts and scheduled payment dates.
Access your billing portal through the CyberDental client dashboard or request a direct link from our support team.
6. Auto-Pay & Payment Reminders
We strongly recommend enabling auto-pay to avoid service interruptions. All subscriptions default to auto-pay using the payment method on file. Additionally:
- You will receive an invoice email 5 days before each billing date.
- A payment confirmation email is sent upon successful charge.
- If a payment fails, you will receive immediate notification with a link to update your payment method. A 5-day grace period is provided before any service impact.
