By accessing our website at cyberdental.cloud, creating an account, or subscribing to any of our service plans, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a dental practice or other business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve disputes through informal negotiation for a period of at least 30 days.
